Mas-huni or MASHUNI (Dhivehi: މަސްހުނި)
is a typical Maldivian breakfast, consisting of tuna, red onion or shallots for milder union flavour, coconut, lime juice, finely chopped curry leaves salt to taste and chili. Making Mashuni 🥥 Ingredients: • 1 cup canned tuna (preferably smoked or in 0live oil) • 1 cup freshly grated coconut • fresh curry leaves 🍃, finely chopped • 1 small red onion or a shallot, finely chopped • 1 red chilli (or Scotch bonnet), finely chopped • Juice of 1 lime • Salt, to taste 🧑🍳
